So, I've disconnected the plug and Surprise, doors looking works so it's good in the sens that I can have the car locked but bad in the sense that I still have many things I don't know about that will be consuming energy.

So the result this morning is that the car was @11.5, could not be remotely unlocked. I've had to go into the trunk from the interior of the car

One question, when I recharge the battery, is it ok to only remove the -ve or +ve but not both?

Ok for the charging method (can it be the +ve also?).
A test I should do is let the car in a some place far from the antenna for half a day and check what happens to the battery. I'll try to do that tomorrow. 2008 TDV8 VOGUE - Buckingham Blue on Sand |

Hi all, been following this thread closely for a number of weeks. Had issues around Xmas time with the car not starting randomly and diagnosed faulty alternator.. Since replaced but still every 2-3 days would need to jumpstart it. Battery is the s5 Bosch only put in last year. Took it to dealer this week who could not find anything wrong with it and returned it to me as is.... So finally got round to checking fuses this morning:

One key missing part is after how long did you do your tests and were all doors closed?

The car is now at the LR dealer, they were not really interested in understanding my investigations since "they perfectly know what they're doing" in the spirit. We'll see that, they'd better find the issue and fix it now 2008 TDV8 VOGUE - Buckingham Blue on Sand |

Called yesterday and they are the stage of putting a new battery after seeing that indeed the battery has lost power over the week-end. I'm not close from seeing my car repaired... 2008 TDV8 VOGUE - Buckingham Blue on Sand |

Almost 2 weeks at the dealer... What they say: The see NO consumption at all... The car continuously starts without any issue. I'll get it back tomorrow.
