Did you replace the air filter as well, or is that a pure EGR removal gain? I'm getting about the same, but not sure what part that was down to! __________________ 2015 FFRR SDV8 2011 FFRR TDV8 4.4 - Gone 2005 FFRR TDV6 - Gone |

The thing with the gunge in the EGR, is that it will have coked up everything "upstream" of it, including the inlet manifold and inlets within the cylinder head.. |

We didnt have time to clean out inlet manifold but we could see inside. It wasn't too bad tbh. The EGR was by far the worse effected by the gunge due to the narrower area. When I have more time I will prob get the inlet manifold sorted. FFRR TD6 HSE

Same here, averaging around 24+ now, but that's with just blanking off the vacuum hose. Didn't get time to look inside the EGR but with only 20k on the clock hopefully it won't be too coked up. Driving is defiantly smoother, acceleration seems better also. Time will tell we'll see what happens over the next couple of months |
