Yes same issues in the sport, in fact the sport has the most powerful unit mapped to 306 BHP so is under more stress. L405 has two variants at 254BHP single turbo and 275 BHP twin turbo.

It’s a real lottery with the 3.0 v6, there’s thousands out there running perfectly with over 100k miles on them. On the negative side, I work for an LR Indie and these along with the 2.0 ingenium ...

Yes definitely worth changing it as it’s 10 years old if never changed before. I would change all the transmission oils if over 50k on the miles then you know they’re all good Thumbs Up
