Fuse was ok, I spoke to the dealer as it happened when they had it in for a service, they are collecting it and taking it back in to sort it as it's their fault.

My side steps appear to be non responsive, they are showing as off on the display but when you switch them on they go back to off straight away.

Been digging a bit further and I think it needs a VSS (Vehicle Shared Secrets) reset, I get a cannot connect 015 code and this was common on Velars and needed a VSS reset by the dealer.

Update.. Egr sticking open and burnt through the thin gasket plate I used. Otherside was fine.. So replacement egr, second hand and proper blanks requiring egr pipe removal on order.

| Yes its the 3.6. I made the blanks from some thin steel plate, I can only assume they have burnt through somehow. I wont know till I get home and pull them apart. |

I have had th fault software deleted and put blanking gaskets in. All has been good for ages but now my passenger side unit has started playing up.
Can they still cause an issue when blanked?? |
