That's 'Fake News'. Assuming there are no temporary speed restrictions (i.e. still 70mph) then the standardised charging threshold is 10% of the limit + 3 mph.

Thanks Dan,

Agree they are a water trap once they start to degrade, but i'd rather replace them every two years than put up with that damn whistle the bonnet makes if they aren't in place!
