iPhone function

Afternoon All,

I've got a 2012 Westminster and the iPhone used to work fine through the car, with last numbers dialled being displayed on the screen. But a couple of months ago I noticed that it no longer retains any numbers and only works if I type the phone number in each time. This would be ok if I could remember any numbers! Does anyone else have the same issue? Does the car need an update to match a phone update, I wonder?

Thanks in advance Thumbs Up

Mine changed in the same way for no apparent reason, although i noted that once you have made a call once connected to the bluetooth the call history would be active. I ended up using the 'hey siri' function to make all calls- so much simpler and allows you to fully concentrate on the road.

Thanks for the reply.

Mine doesn't recall numbers even once its been used. That's a good idea re: Siri to dial out but I do like to see who's calling me before answering!

I wondered if it was a software issue as my Brother-in-law had a similar issue with a Transit van and wondered if it was similar system.

Mine works fine - I just press call register on the screen and then press dialled calls, and all the calls I've made on the phone are all listed there, whether dialled through the car or not. Seems to also be available almost instantly when I start the car too. If thats not working, then its more likely a bluetooth setting on the phone rather than in the car. My iphone has the latest ios on it and not had a problem. Current Fleet:-

Have you tried deleting the phone from the system and re-pairing it? Cheers Ian

I had the same until I found a new option on my phone. Try the following.
Settings
Bluetooth
Land Rover (click on the i to the right hand side)
Sync contacts - everything should then have a blue tick against it.
