Just referring to the cost of components, when one of my inlet hoses split giving my restricted performance, it cost just over £100 for the four rubbers and new jubilee clips...

Has anyone got a link to Samco/similar hoses for the air intake manifold for the 4.4 tdv8 (2011)? |

I know this thread is 3 yrs old but a replacement inlet manifold (one side only) has been quoted at a LR specialist (non LR Main dealer) at£1600 all in. 😳😱😢

Quick and clean result. Can I ask the experts if there is anywhere on these inlet hoses that is more likely to split? I'm about to do the oil cooler and back O rings so will have a good look at the manifold etc while cleaning it all up. Thanks. |

They tend to split around the edges of the clips.

Can some clever soul put an arrow on this picture as to where the manifold usually splits please? |
