Hi Balki, yes it will fit a 2002 HSE, how easy the install will be is purely down the set up that you have at the moment. If there is nothing in the cubby box on the nearside ( left, standing behind and looking forward! ) then it will be an easy install. But if your boot cubby box N/S looks anything like this

there is a couple of ways to view them google the url for example put this in to Google http://www.bimmer.org/5series/messages/arc.../9949.html it will return the results at the end of the link is a little arrow click on it and it will say cached click this and you will get an old version of the page or try https://archive.org/web/ |

Not certain but that unit part number might be for the American market - maybe different radio frequency range..? Ash

No bother, just done another install of this unit on an FF, I've taken loads of pics and will do an installation write up soon, probably next week after I get my first new hip (need two and a knee!!) I've got to do sod all for 6 weeks (it's never going to happen.. ...)
