Why do you have the old unit connected? This is not necessary now if you get a resler interface you can get the ibus app for the head unit and it should then stay on Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

I have the same set-up... my old head unit is also in glove compartiment let us know how the new battery works out. It is amazing what a new battery can do to these cars.. 2002 L322 V8

Hi all - has anyone had any issues with the steering controls? my volume works great but the skip track buttons do not?
