United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black

Hi all
Got my IID tool from Island 4x4, no issues with delivery and activating it, they seem the cheapest. have reset my service indicator no problem, also turned off the key in ignition chime when doors are open, 2 questions if anyone can help please?
1 The setting to shut all the windows and sunroof when locking the car is activated for the remote when I hold lock the button, bur doesn't work, any ideas anyone?
2, Also I wanted to extend the time the indicators stay on for lane change, only 3 flashes at the moment, I'm unsure where to do this?
Thanks in advance for any help.

87RJD, 'lazy lock from the remote handset' should do that for number 1 and if you have already done that try again maybe the config didnt load up properly ,
and for number 2 afaik theres the 3 flashes for lane change and the standard full flashe ..i havnt come across a function where you can adjust the number of flashes for lane changes..

Just used my new "Tool" for the first time

Pretty easy to navigate, but when I turned the TPMS off got a bit of a shock when the engine cut, the cluster lit up then everything died for 20 seconds, rebooted and all was well....can say that I nearly messed myself when that happened.

Did / completed>

1- Chirp on alarm set / unset
2- TPMS- Off (hurrah!!)
3- Follow me home lights to 40 seconds
4- Cleared all fault codes

Wanted, but didn't succeed in doing yet....ie need help to (if possible) >>

5 -Increase indicator lane change to 5 flashes (from standard 3)
6 -Turn off lamp check (fitted LED bulbs in Fogs and comes up check fog lights every turn on now)

Anybody know if 5 / 6 can be done on a 2007 with tool updated to latest firmware? GONE 2010 Facelifted 3.6 TDV8 - Stornoway Grey + 22" Overfinch Olympus

5 you cant do, 6 should be CM [cold monitoring] and select the bulb, you might have to do HM [hot monitoring] as well..

help.

Sorry if this is a daft question, but what is "Hot Monitoring" (HM) and "Cold Monitoring" (CM)....I know one of them (or both of them) checks the bulb to make sure its functioning, but could do with understanding before I play with the IID as wanting to switch off warning for front fogs as the wires are now just terminated / disconnected as the DRL switch is powering my DRL's now. GONE 2010 Facelifted 3.6 TDV8 - Stornoway Grey + 22" Overfinch Olympus

cold monitoring is the ecu checking the bulb on start up, hot monitoring is when the bulb is on..switch both off for no dash errors.. ... - .- -.
