dont think it does miller, stating the obvious but having a clean windscreen helps or replacing the sensor might help.. ... - .- -.

Nav on Move and Lazy Lock

Hi guys, two questions.

1) My set up shows that Nav on the Move is on - However, apart from the home and memory destinations keys I am still unable to enter destinations once moving as all those buttons gray out. Is this something to do with having the 2010/11 Disc and software or am I missing something.

2) Again, although Lazy Lock is showing as on, I can't get the windows/sunroof to close automatically by pressing and holding the lock button - With my P38 this used to work and I'd also get a double beep if I superlocked and a window or sunroof was open - Any way of getting similar functionality with the iid - Got back into the car after dinner yesterday and realised I'd left the sunroof open Sad

Thanks Stan, Embarassed

Looks like we have the same problem with the Nav-On-the go ... did you ever find out what firmware others who have Nav on the go are running?

Any ideas re the Lazy Lock/Unlock feature? African Bush Junkie ... in London!

Thumbs Up

Hi Lolo,
Sorry for the late reply.

I just want to make sure I understand what you mean by a 'reset': making an EAS system function again after it was disabled due to a fault? In this case the proper 'reset' would be to do a 'Clear Fault' on the EAS.

Re-enabling the EAS is only after the EAS has been disabled with the IIDTool - such as with a 'Deflate' function.

Disconnecting the battery won't help you much in either case, tho, so I am a little confused... Neutral

Please try again (and check the status when entering the menu).

Is it possible you are activating functions for one key only? And it's not your key?

My suspension kept going into emergency mode, so no lights at all, re enabling it on the iid gets it working again as does disconnecting the battery.

So that's grand I just thought when people were saying reset ur eas there was a specific option.

Can u help on my other question bout how to find out how long till nxt service?

I have a bit of work but want to wait till its getting a service unless it's ages away.. Thumbs Up

Hi all
For what its worth I would highly recommend that any RR owner get one of these. It is amazing how many items can be personalised and how many 'problems' can be solved using this bit of kit. Just brilliant Very Happy

I have just had "susp in active" come up so plugged in the IIDT pressed the resume button but the tool does not appear. It was working fine a couple of weeks back when I did the V17 up date.

Any ideas.

have you followed the correct procedure,
plug in unit
switch on engine
