4.2 supercharged coolant circulation issue

Hi all,

Recently replaced the radiator with OEM due to leak. While I was at it installed new aftermarket thermostat and new water pump and belts. I followed OEM bleed procedure from service manual and things went well. Drove for about a month & kept getting P0128 coolant temperature below operating temperature with at times erratic temp swings on the cool side.

Next, I replaced thermostat with a new OEM one as I thought maybe that was the issue. Did not solve issue.

I just replaced the 2nd thermostat Oil Cooler Mixing Valve (OCMV) as I thought maybe this was the issue.

Now, coolant is not getting pulled out of the reservoir during bleeding. It just stays there. No flow out of the reservoir or bubbling either...at all. Have tried multiple methods. I have nowhere near the amount of coolant back in the vehicle as came out. What could possibly be the issue? I even drained the coolant a 2nd time & went real slow pouring coolant back in. Help appreciated.
