My 3.6 TDV8 has (on the trip computer) averaged 28.3 since I bought it, about 2000 miles, and real world brim to brim that's worked out at 27.5 mpg.

Pretty happy with that to be honest. Graham

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

i have a very hilly 15 min drive to work and i usually get 20.5 mpg as an average over the week but as soon as we go for a run on a motorway at weekends or drive to coast i get anywhere from 28 to 32 mpg.

Revently went to wolverhampton and back from bradford and acheived 31.6mpg and i was sat between 70 and 80 mph all the way there and back.

I didnt buy it for the fuel consumption.... i bought is because thery look f*@king awesone and ive wanted a rangie for ever ! It makes me smile everytime i get in it ! Very Happy 2003 Range Rover HSE 3.0 TD6

I normally average 17mpg in my 4.2SC which is mix of town and dual carriageway, however we averaged 20mpg for a 2000 mile trip to the south of france and back (including driving about down there) last summer.

The worst MPG I managed averaged over an entire tank was 13mpg, which was just after bought the SC, and the best was driving home from Bournemouth with the EML lit sticking to 60mph, and I managed 24 MPG.

Sorry for the quality I took this one from my iPhone on the move. You can see the headline figure. Achieved on a 100 mile trip from north of Reading down to Basingstoke on A roads then M3/M27 to Bournemouth.

More typically I get an overall average of 28mpg, drops to 25 when averaging 90mph and often reads 34-35 if not exceeding 70 on the motorway or on A-roads with the traffic. Makes the 4.4 TDV8 worth it.

it seems that uploading has rotated the picture. Hope you do not get a crick in your neck.

Currently 17.7mpg since being zeroed a few weeks ago. It was 18.4mpg prior to that.

But I reckon there's room for improvement as the zeroing was done when she went in for a new steering rack and she now pulls to the left. She's booked in to have this corrected next week.

Generally a good mix of fast and slow A and B roads including dual carriageway, driven (mostly) with restraint.

Best so far was 21mpg on a motorway trip to Northants about a month ago. Si. <This is my name.
