2006 Range Rover Autobiography Supercharged Zambezi Silver

My SC which is used as an occasional car, mostly for family holiday use (at a reasonably gentle pace) or to show customers (at a hair on fire pace normally!) has averaged over the last 5000 miles 18.2mpg... I drove up & back to Norfolk at the weekend and returned 22.6mpg with 3 adults 2 kids and luggage, a slow run up the A roads in heavy traffic Friday eve and a faster (more relaxed) run back round the M11/M25/M4 on Sunday. Oh and thats calculated MPG not the dash readout (which incidentally said more MPG!) & running 22" alloys/tyres (which some say knock the MPG)

Hope this info helps!

Plus its half price on LPG!!!!! Yippy!!!!! Rolling with laughter

Craig, not that I'm doubting you.......but there is no way that I can get even close to that with my SC on LPG......especially when you remember that on average you get 10 - 15% less on LPG than on petrol.

On a decent run I can get the trip computer up to about 19ish but when I do the calcs, the LPG useage confirms about 15 Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

My TD6 averages about 25mpg over the last 4000 mixed miles. Long runs I can get 31mpg+. Short round town journeys can get below 20mpg. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

My fuel computer was reading over 25mpg hence the lower calculations on LPG... I can get if i try hard 265miles from a tank of gas... On the other hand i offen only get 145miles when showing customers...

Mine has been well set up by my company!

Trying hard I can get 230ish miles but around town constantly its about 180.....

It can't be set up too badly - it monitors and adjusts the LPG ECU via the OBD2 port fuel trims / lambda....still, the mpg doesn't really matter to much when LPG is only 69p Thumbs Up Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Santorini Black

Just been up to Inverness last weekend from Newcastle and got 30mpg, not going over the speed limit Very Happy
Drove round the Scotish country side for 3 days then back home and averaged 27.8mpg after doing about 1000 miles.
My usual mpg is 19-21mpg driving to and from work about 6miles.

Just returned from a quick family break to Edinburgh so about 420 miles, nearly all motorway and the car averaged 28.6mpg according to the (lying no doubt) trip counter. Will brim her up and see just how far off the computer actually is.

Over the last 2000 miles I have averaged 21.4 mpg with an average speed of 26mph if the trip computer is to be believed.

Didn't hang around on the motorway and was surprised that the trip didn't push up the average speed more than it did.

Car was fully loaded as SWMBO had packed for all of us for 3 days in Edinburgh enough clothes to mount an arctic expedition Big Cry

Thats impressive stan!!
Did you reset the gauge while on the motorway or at the start of your journey. I have found that if the car is warm and I reset the measure while doing a steady 65-70 mph I get a similar figure. However if I reset when car is cold and need to drive alittle way before getting to motorway the mpg has taken a hit before I get to maintain a steady speed. FFRR TD6 HSE

Thats pretty good going as I would not get the same with identical conditions.
How many miles are you getting from a tank? FFRR TD6 HSE

Best I have had was 600miles and that was averaging 27mpg on dash. If you can get 30+ mpg you should be looking at 650 miles for a tank. Not bad at all. FFRR TD6 HSE
