Due to a slight altercation on the motorway (a transit tried to embed itself in the back of my car at 70mph) - I am in the market for a new 4 x 4.

Think it depends on how well you rate the X5's , personally i like the exterior design of the X5 and the roadholding and drive of the car but when you are in an X5 it's as drab and as boring as F k interior wise its just pish ….

I suppose my main concern is spending time on this forum you read about warts and all.

I have to agree even top of the range BMWs like the 7 series are filled with technology, lots of leather, but they lack any kind of soul or character.

X5 is equivalent to a Sport, a proper Range Rover is in Bentley territory - especially the later ones. |

It's funny, I've been thinking about the perception people have about certain cars in varying situations.

Bienbr: forums are great places for help and info BUT remember there mainly here because peoe are looking for answers. Very few on here are here because there car is great and just enjoy the looney's. I have a few friends with X5's and they like them, but parked next to the FFRR I personally don't they come close in size and stature! Both very good cars and neither will disappoint.
