Hi all, did you ever resolve this issue? Mine is doing exactly the same. Doubt it’s the sensor, as you can clearly hear a slight rattle that goes out at the same time as the light. Thanks a lot |

i also similarly have the issue if am pointing facing up towards the hill.

When pointing uphill the oil level at the front of the sump will be lower so requires more suction to be drawn into the pump then pumped until resistance is achieved by getting to the various shaft bearings. The oil is almost at the top of the front of the sump when the vehicle is level. |

Yeah that makes sense. Also, it rarely does it after an oil change. Up to I’d say 4k miles then it appears again. Also had an engine rebuilt with both new turbos about 8k miles ago, never had this issue before.
