its an older unit running Android4.0 and a slower processor and only Analog TV

is claiming its using the Intel PXA255 Processor that came out in 2003/04 so quite old the other unit is Android 4.2.2 running the armv7 1608 dual core CPU the same as the iphone 5 so nice and fast Smile

Removing the dash

Ok so Im thinking of going down this route now so how do I get the dash top off Embarassed had a go the other day whe it all went TU and removed the top screws and centre speaker screws and it wouldn't budge so Im guessing the side panels at the door have to come off.
didn't want to go to far that day as was just poking around.
any pointers much appreciated.
Geo

Yes, there are screws under the end caps, which need to come off.

There is a video online.

Sorry slight confusion, the link was for a normal head unit that wasn't android at all, But it was £235!

this one however is the android 4.2 unit @ £252

My mistake Paul. Did it in a hurry by phone.

Not digging into equipment now (still writing through my phone), however may I point out that this unit (shipping costs included) seems to cost a good 10% less than the Erisin one? Wonder how much would it be with a bulk order... Roberto
