Started guided calibration but the variation between actual values of all 4 corners and the measurements varied so much i didn't think it would work.

You can try two things with IID - it may reset and get you back to normal heights
1) Go to Suspension / Guided Calibration and go through the guide from beginning to end, making sure at the end ... |

Bought some stainless bolts... they are M8 x 40mm, change them one at a time and you won't have to realign the latch
