You need to make sure that your car has the fittings in the roof for the net to clip to and the mouldings and mechanism near the rear side windows for the roller to fix to.

Oil leak will probably be the oil cooler. Quite common on the 4.4. Prob be £800 to £1000 to replace though you might get away with just the seals.
