Midlands recommendations for looking after L322 5.0

Hi all,

Just agreed a deal on a 2011 5.0ltr supercharged L322.

Does anyone have recommendations for a garage in the Midlands that REALLY knows their stuff on looking after these?

Has it has new chains and tensioners? That’s one of the weak points on them.

Yes it has but a slight rattle on cold start - which I’d like someone who knows to look at

Do not use Derby 4x4. Had some warranty work done by them and in trying to remove the drive shaft they split the CV gaiter. Never told me and it lost all it's grease and caused the CV joint to fail. They tried to cover it up with a bit of silicone.

I use Sheffield Prestige and never had any issues. They are JLR specialists. My Dad has an Evoque and uses Cavendish in Chesterfield but I got to a point with them that I was sick of having to clean oily marks off the light interior after I got the car back, and when the exhaust was blocked on the suspension compressor they wanted £800 to swap it out. Not for me.

Don’t know any further towards Derby.
