Don't disagree - I don't think its EGR related as (at least in my car) the hesitation is exactly the same now (EGR coded out and blanked off) than it was before.

I managed to get one from that advert. have you messaged them? LR072685S is their reference number. LR072685 is the number for the whole housing if you can't get the sensor on its own (pricey)

Thanks will triple check torque on everything tomorrow. I use a digital torque wrench and threadlocker just in case.

Christian - thanks for posting this.

I had exactly the same issue and this helped me confirm suspicions that I needed to re-rivet.

I luckily already had a 'Tackwise' riveter which did up to 6.4 ...
