Never heard of it although I have had a software update on mine which changed it's 'feel'. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Was that via IID? Was it worth it? I've considered it too, but still interested to see if anyone has/can map them for this car.

It's dealer access software only. Not sure it was 'worth it' but it's probably a good idea to have the latest software that benefits many years of use and adjustment on the L405. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

After-markets ZF8 updates are available. There's a person in AU who does the update which wasn't developed in AU although may have had some input but it should be available in the UK. It is oferred here either stand-alone or packaged with a pcm update for a reduced price. I'm very happy with mine's EGR delete + minor performance enhancement and the standard gearbox mapping which works very well for my usage. |

I enquired with various tuners about this a few years ago.

I believe all "aftermarket" gearbox remaps are pretty much adaption resets! So be careful not to get ripped off ladies & gents... |
