Have you tried pressing the switch upwards, as in towards the sky to see if it tilts? |

Try up for 20secs, forward for 20secs What doesn't kill you is just bidding it's time. |

Yes, holding the switch either upwards or forwards about 20 seconds should make the motor recalibrate the end stops next time it’s used. If not, you have a bit more investigation to do…..

You could check 3 fuses,

Fuses all OK What doesn't kill you is just bidding it's time. |
