It looks like what you say but what I don’t understand is why he said the jet pump side failed 😆 Current stable:

My suggestion would be to check the pipes, joints, and anything else you can think of for leakage and tightness, as well as any possible blockages.

I would think so as petrol isn't the best of lubricants, thus I would expect the pump to work without to much detrimental effect while you test it. Cheers

I'm not sure how it works or what breaks, but the pump only pumping from one side is a common fault and the solution is generally a new pump assembly - happened to mine years ago on the M40, resulted in a stranded wife! |
