Good to know that. Still locked up when I left it but didn't go more than a few hundred yards slowly. Will try it more when I get it back.

I'm obviously a bit more devil may care, when mine did it I just booted it with a wheel locked up and stood on the brakes a few times till it sorted itself out.... just tell it who's boss.... Pete

Well slight update - after jumping in with one of the other more inexperienced guys as an instructor come guide he was leaving early so stayed the night at my parents. I then went and borrowed a trailer from a friend and returned to the pub to pick up the RR.

Ironically (despite the sound) nothing touched on the bomb hole. Did hit the armature on Soar y Mynydd where they've been patching up the track though. Nothing bad at all, just a bit of dust. Ed |

For MY07-MY12 the suspension will always lower for any brake system fault, with the logic being to make the vehicle safer whilst there's a brake system fault. Hence the suspension fault can be ignored. |

Where is the TCCM mounted in these vehicles? The D3/D4's TCCM is mounted in the engine bay, is not sealed and fails if it gets wet. Its also a node in the canbus network so when it fails it effectively isolates the halves of the network making ecus on either side of it unable to communicate thereby causing a raft of faults.

Yes the drive does still yerk - took it for a spin in the field last night and got it up to about 30mph before running out of space and did that for a while and that didn't sort anything out.
