Something wrong with my steering also. It's not very responsive when I turn the wheel.

If the wheel has gone back, you need to get it up in the air to make sure that the front sub-frame is OK and that its just the wishbone thats bent. Your steering is out because the wheel has been pushed closer to the steering rack, which has forced the wheel to point in at the front.

I hate to say this but your going to need a steering rack, unless you can find someone to change the track control rod, its well bent! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I'd try a new wish bone and bolts to see how far back in to place (forward) the wheel goes, what ever happens it will have to be replaced. Once it done measure the distance between the centers of the wheels on both sides of the Suv. If your very lucky it will be the same, but if its a fraction out you'll need to look at the sub frame. An Auto Body Shop might be able to pull it back in to place if its a minor difference, oh and dont forget to do the steering rack / track control rod!! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
