I've asked AF if they've got anywhere with LED options and a reply is pending although I've noticed CTC has today made an observation about small margins for error and reverse bulbs being ineffective if not seated spot on.

Mine are fine and have had thus far no negative effects

Following A11EXU's example...fitted a set of LED's inside the reverse light cluster...30 minutes work and easily put back to standard if required.

Day and Night shots...certainly seems brighter

any warning lights on dash ? are the led strips canbus or normal ? as ive got similar to these, will they work or give warning issues?

You have to cut (or dare I say it, scotch-lock) into the wires as these don't have the bayonet adapter which would have been easier.

A few questions if I may though....

As they're as bright as they are, will 1 strip in each housing suffice?
Does the black surround look like it can be painted white (or silver to not stand out).
How come they don't have to be CanBus?
Has anybody come up with a simple CanBus LED replacment bulb without having to undero any chopping / splicing / etc. etc. etc.......?

Any recommendations on a suitable LED number plate light replacement - that's not much brighter than the original?

You will still be able to see the yellow COB led through anyway, but the chassis of the unit would look better whited out. I have 3M tape on mine so it covers some of the black.

Heated the light units over the cooker flame and the lens prised away easily tbh, stuck two pads in each lamp re sealed the lens back with a good crystal silicone pulled wires out of the back and they come with all attachments to put in any holder so no need to butcher anything, put reverse in looked bright so couldn't wait till later when I came back so took a few pics of the brightness now and looks fine to me the bottom ones like daylight and it's really dark here at 10-45pm lol 😎😎😎
