I put a bid of £30 on this and ended up winning it.

Hi noddy,

I'm in the same position as you were, so not an expert.

That looks similar to the 2nd pic remote that SteveMFr posted, but without the long bit at the top.

I take it you also need to source a receiver unit of some kind ?

From whats been said, there are only 3 wires on the reciever ?, I'm sure it could perhaps be rewired if its respective receiver unit isn't directly compatible ?

Hi it should be behind the parking sensor module but your white plug is visible in the picture so good chance you dont have a reciever fitted

Hi Noddy,
You do not yet have a remote receiver. It seems because I copied an older post into this thread it might not be completely clear what you need to make park heat and park heat w/remote work on a diesel RR. All the components are pictured in RAVE.

Park heat:
- Park heat function activated via a diagnostic system. Your park heater can then be turned on directly or per timer via the menu on the nav screen.

Park heat w/remote:
- Park heat function activated as above
- Remote receiver as in pics in my post earlier in the thread (as you have what seems to be a T90 remote you'll need the corresponding receiver and you'll need to get wiring diags and adapt the wires from your white plug which is configured for a T60)
- Remote sender (which you've purchased)
- Antenna (as in pics - rectangular thingy with wire coming out of it) or an antenna amp for the R.S. window TV antenna with park heat and wires
You will then be able to turn park heat on per screen or remote

Thanks Steve for the info

Tell me- will a T60 unit work with the remote I've bought or do I need a T90 and change the wiring?

I've seen this on eBay:

I am by no means a Webssto product expert, but AFAIK you need a sender and receiver from the same series. This is why I posted 'just buy a T60 set and be done with it' earlier. Sure the newer units are better - but at some point the addtl return is very marginal.

Has anyone tried to upgrade from T90/91 to T100 HTM? Any recommendations for a GSM solution? The Webasto TC3 iphone interface is not very refined as it just composes an sms that you have to send. I found a finnish product that looks good, anyone tried it? http://www.embelin.fi/index.php?page=remuc_eng MY 06 Vogue TD6 Buckingham Blue
