Drove through Londons’ congested streets Monday evening for an early start Tuesday. Gearbox change 2nd to 1st that I noticed occassionally last week (the first full week of driving it other than to and from the garage) became very pronounced and worrying. It’s just had a full gearbox flush, filter and oil. Read on here that the opinion is don’t worry too much which was reassuring. The return trip showed no sign of it at all, indeed it was a perfect 100 mile drive home 😀. Was it the gearbox re-mapping? I do hope so. |

Just arrived at work after taking 1.5 hours for a 35 min journey. Lots of flooded roads and one very bad one where 20-30 cars had to turn back, i was warned by over 10 drivers to turn back but stuck Beelzebub in off road height and waded through !!!! Two points here, delighted with myself and couldn't help that warm glow of smugness as the following cars stopped and watched. Im sure they were applauding my choice of vehicle and not the slighest bit envious !!!! 2015 4.4 AB

Becoming more satisfied with reliability so I started the interior clean. Began with the rear parcal shelf which was badly stained with oil and grime. Swarfega, kitchen cleaner and a nail brush followed by a good rinse with the shower has worked wonders. |

Washed the weeks road grime off, started polishing but the rain came. Hope it off and lets me finish soon, I'm supposed to be collecting my Grand Mother from church in her this afternoon. |

Yesterday, changed the ugly, obtrusive Thule towbar for a Westfalia. Much more discreet. John
