Last 2 times my darling partner has filled it up. And both times I've had to hear all about it later. Big Cry

Her car only has a 50 litre tank. Rolling with laughter

This is the first vehicle for many years that I've decided not to record the mileage and fuel price in a spreadsheet every time I fill up Laughing

Motorway @ 65 to 70 = 34 mpg

Country roads (where I live) = more like 24 mpg.

Very impressed with motorway economy....Cheers

Most of my mileage is around town too and i am averaging 11.5 mpg.. Twisted Evil - i win ?

Sorry but I do.... if I'm very lucky I get double figures, on a motorway at 70mph... A weekend with off roading will usually average around 7mpg.....

Larger tyres, extra weight and a lead foot don't help.... Also my miles are correct, all you lot will be doing about 10% less than you state because the mileometer will be as inacurate as the speedo... mine was about 10% out, with the larger tyres it is about spot on....

I check mine every few months as it's a good indication if anything is wrong.... Pete

Just had a Disco Sport loaner (petrol). Of course the mileage was better than my petrol FFRR. But I was surprised that it wasn't THAT much better. And that was the same route on the same day, not some fictional 'official' figures.
