Just chipped and now getting 28.5mpg at 80-90mph happy with that! Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

500km downhill from Armidale to Penrith via the New England Hwy and Putty Rd with the remainder around Penrith. Most of the drive was done at 110-120 indicated. Putty Rd was a bit slower but still too fast for a Nissan Patrol that tried to keep up through the 16km of winding road between Milbrodale and Howes Valley. Very Happy Average speed for the whole trip was 78km/h

The trip up to Armidale used a bit more - 12.7 l/100km

It is somewhat better than my old 4.6 P38A. Ron B. VK2OTC
