Thanks guys, yeah, I wouldn’t dare use that kit if it’s in fact Chinese made, but I was figuring feedback would be interesting. And indeed the 5.0 V8 is known for chain problems (well, problems wi ...

Hey gents,

Just picked up a 2010 FFRRSC Autobiography in Galway Green to add to my fleet and was gearing up to replace the timing chains, guides, tensioners and variators (they aren’t making nois ...

Hi gents,

Recently discovered the lower glove box light switch on my '09 HSE was letting the light inside the glove box remain lit, and therefore draining the battery after a bit. I've ordered a ne ...

Thanks Adrian, I had a feeling it was going to be the whole strip. And I agree it’s pretty expensive new. Looks as though it’ll be a trip to the breakers yard for me!

Gents,

Light rattly "clunk" from the front over certain bumps in the tarmac. I can confirm that it isn't ...

Probably no mods, I prefer them lock stock, but my main concern is if it's becoming a 'bucket of bolts' at that mileage. My '05 FFRR (and previous '03) had about 110K on them when I launched both of t ...

I use the 'spensive NGK Iridium plugs because they are definitely good for 100K miles and resist any sort of fouling, etc..very well. I bring this up because when the time comes to change your plugs, ...

Count me in too. Even though I'm fortunate that I have a stable of neat cars, a couple of which (well ok, one, the Turbo R) have good continent-crushing ability, the FFRR is just so effortless on long ...
