Just updating this thread: I had the N877 security update applied by local dealer this week, (MY 2017) whilst car was in for service - I had to prompt them to do it mind you.

Still awaiting delive ...

The most likely component failure is the condensor, but you can try a local Indy, or even national chains like Halfrauds or Kwik-Fit, etc for a re-gas and they should check as part of the process ...
