Well I don't know what roads you drive on, but my suspension goes through virtually it's full range of movement just by driving around!

I checked the owners manual last night, and it definitely goes up and down of it's own accord depending on road speed, so the system will always be used even if you never adjust the height manually.

Well I can answer my own question. I bought the pattern LR080118 hose. Unfortunately the hose is smaller so the fitting at the end is not a straight swap.
