2010 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Yesterday I drove it from Stirling to West London on 2/3rds of a tank of diesel at one time while driving in the miles and miles of road works between Bedford and Luton where there is 50mph with average speed cams I managed to get the trip average mpg to 36.4mpg! Mind you as soon as I got passed J1 onto town roads it was pretty soon back down to 30mpg. Pretty pleased to achieve that but unfortunately on the cars last long drive in my ownership 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

That's me now FFRRless again, handed the keys and papers into Jeremy at Lookers Park Royal. I'm only Range Roverless for 24 hours though as my new babyRR is being PDI'd as I type this and I have sat in it. Collected mine with it's shiny new alternator from the dealers - had a quick look at an evoque but they wouldn't let me have a 'proper look' - said I would have to come back tomorrow. I think there will be arguments about who takes the petrol one home tonight Laughing

Hitched up a trailer, grabbed some desks and setup a home office.

Effortless to tow, only i couldn't see the trailer i was towing. Could do with one of those reversing cameras.

Finally stopped the knocking clunking sound coming from the front of the car when hitting even the smallest bumps... New control arms/ball joints on both sides.. Drives like new now.. Very Happy Previously..
