United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black

Drove a 240 mile round trip to collect my latest eBay purchase - a genuine removable tow bar with electronics and the cubby box holder for a bargain £300.

Arrived home 5 hours later then fitted it, so I'm feeling rather pleased with myself Very Happy

Just need to borrow a trailer now to test the electrics are working.

Officially an FFRR owner as of yesterday. Collected our 2006 SC after a service, MOT etc. Commuting to London via train all week, won't get to take it out for a decent drive until the weekend. The wife one the otherhand has already programmed the seat into memory 1, loaded up some CD's and generally making herself at home. When I first state looking at them, she said they're too big, blah, blah, blah, now you can't keep her away from it.

I need to man up and restore my rightful place in this relationship! 2006 Supercharged

Took the kids to school this morning, some parcels to the post office this afternoon, then watched in a state of confusion as the car proceeded to die on the driveway. Complete lack of electricity.

Landrover assist came and confirmed that I only had 3.7 volts left in my battery and after we had got it started back up again diagnosed that my alternator is knackered. Apparently it is draining the system rather than charging Big Cry Big Cry

Happily I am under warranty. But cannot believe how quickly the car died without any warning lights at all.

Tomorrow morning I will be watching the car be recovered to my local dealer Thumbs Up
