a 3.8amp charger would take well over a day to make sure a battery was in good nick! jeepers my ctek can take 24hours to pull the flat 90ah one in my FF upto scratch and its an MXS5 unit Smile

from personal experience those small cheap chargers are only really good for small sub 1.6litre petrol cars or motorbikes really. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade.

True in that it's good as a topper upper or trickle charger if it supports it as long as you aren't running anything else in the car at the same time Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I have an old absaar charger, seems to work at charging things well enough, cant really justify 90 sheets on a nice shiny ctek.

I’m just making one of these up. I include the wiring diagram for the 12S 7pin plug below. The grey 7 pin plugs are available on Amazon as is a 2.5M CTEK extension cable which can be modified/wired into the plug.

Most people goo for a C-Tek 5.0 charger then into the mains. You’ll need a hefty charger because of the battery size. I bought one of these plugs 5 yrs ago, racking piece of kit & well worth the money. 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!
