Yep every 3 months for me. I guess there a few owners who ignore the app or the dash service notification.

If only that was easy on these cars... I need to remove the sump on mine to change the oil level sensor and have been told it is a 10-hour job involving dropping the front subframe ... Has the short wiring harness from the side of the sump been fitted? If not then fit it first to see if it cures the problem. |

The purpose of the short wiring harness is really a temporary fix to prevent oil seeping further into the wiring loom, rather than fix a faulty sensor. Merchy -interested in the cause of the cracks (retired dark side ) was it Engine related ie crankshaft alignment /overload? or Structural -poor welding or poor design lack of adequate stiffening etc. Did it have resin chocks?
