That’s good news then. I’ve needed a new one on mine for ages, but as it’s not being used much now, and inside, it’s just sat on the trickle charger.

ECP are renowned for offering all sort of "deal discounts" but only after they inflate the price to start with Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I just switched out a 12 month old Lion battery (previous owner) after it started to struggle in the winter. Big difference in starting speed and less worry about it going flat after half an hour with the doors open. 2008/58 FFRR 3.6 TDV8 Vogue |

Well I guess I didn’t do too badly then. The battery I switched out was a LANDROVER branded Varta battery dated 2012 so guessing the original that the car came from the dealership with. 2015 L405 Range Rover 4.4Sdv8 Vogue SE, Baltic Blue, Ivory

Changed mine end of December. Was still the original JLR/Varta battery dated 2011. Changed it for a Varta G14, which is the same battery as original. £160 with discount from Tayna. |

Having been bitten (again) recently by Euro Crap Parts it saddens me that they use nonsense to convince people that they are getting a bargain.

No, unfortunately not. An AGM is winging it’s way through the courier network right now. TDV8 4.4 2012 |
