Went for a new Denso unit instead of an “unknown” rebuilt unit

I did mine whilst it was in pieces recently. Mine wasn't as bad as yours but I was only getting around 13.5v when fully loaded. Seeing as I'd removed it to do the chains I fitted a genuine Denso one at point of rebuild and it's been perfect since

Thanks David It’s alive and healthy And even had a bonus - the previously stored “Clock Module” error has disappeared So full health check on Launch is totally clear |
