So I did the filter in tank too forgot that but that in theory would give you faults on both banks same with the pump… you could have bad injectors could try and clean? Have you got diagnostics like iid tool to look at the fuel trims Current stable:

iid tool is not cheap, can look into another scan tool that might do the job too

I’m not sure anything is possible if the system isn’t sealed - I’d buy a new filter and change it and while you are there take the pump cover off and reseat it Current stable:

Update still p0171 so I'm saving up to purchase a new fuel pump system and if that doesn't work still then a new o2 sensor from atlantic British ill keep you updated for other RR owners

Still trying to save up for a part, but it's all good with the negatively but I replaced everything I can think of from both cat and o2's both banks upper and lower and did a smoke test lucky no signs of leak and Pcv replaced to and gas cap, what else am I missing? Sad day in the hood for my RR btw you know any body that wants to buy a
