Starting too feel a bit crappy now for suggesting you go there now mate. I've never known them to mess anyone around as much as they have done with you. Soon as I see you original post it's done I could only think they done a car sos jobbie and stayed there all night. It's really unusual for them too have slacked so much. Hopefully you'll get it back soon and it will be worth the headache

Totally agree Denn. I had the invoice come through for the money quicker than any other comms this far

After care and customer service it is hard I get that. But for me what seperates is the quality’s in that. Sky or bt ford or nissan you always remember the experiences good and bad

With covid though it is tough I bet. Tryimg to adhere to the rules and regs is tricky. Maybe this is where main deallers are better who knows.

Burn your clothes mate and get the detol out haha Current Cars

Main dealers have it licked from that point of view. Mine was in today for service and it was a pretty much contactless service, drive up, drop off, turn up, driven round, wiped down, drive off.

All booked online, quoted, and paid for over the phone. Very slick. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

**update**

Just fired an email off to Martin for an update. Last Monday (not yesterday) Sean called to say car was fixed only fpr me to get half way and he called to say sorry wrong car.

Called last Thursday and Sean said he hadnt been in so he will call me back in 15 minutes to update.......he still hasnt called 🙈🙈🙈

So have emailed Martin to say cars been gone a month appreciate it was a complex diagnostics but never envisaged not having a car for a month.

Could have done with the car in the current snow conditions Current Cars

Monday last week. Not like its £50 its still a fair whack of cash. Cars bee there a month. I dont know of its been worked on or left in the road side. I know people will say just let them do their work but over a month and not knowing anything is from my personal perspective and mindset not right. Im fair and reasonable but this is pretty bad as you say. Current Cars

Thing is if I am there will be many on here who will say its my own fault or I am being unreasonable. The joke was last week when i got a mate of mine to drive me from essex to kent only to be told sorry wrong car. Even then i was like man your joking but ok. I called and they said they will call me back in 15 mins that was thursday.

Tomorrow im driving down there Current Cars

That's it mate. I do feel pretty crap for suggesting them to you as seeing what you've gone through is making me ask questions now. It wouldn't be a problem if the comms was a lot more better and they said yep two weeks it will be done but a month to diagnose and then start last week and not even update you after they tell you its sorted is pretty poor service so I can only apologise for my recommendation

No mate. Not your fault at all. Appreciated the tip and pointer. I wont use them again even if the issue is fixed purely on the lack of comms and timeframes. It dont take a month. Car drove it worked just had lack of performance and power. I dont even know if the diagnostics they found has fixed or will erridicate the issue. What if they say no sorry its xyz how can I trust them and is the car going to be gone 6 months? Current Cars

Still feel pretty crap. The comms really should have been better and kept you in the loop. Wouldn't have been too bad if they said, we are fully booked until mid Feb but bring it then and we will get it sorted. Id go down there n see what's going on. If it's being worked on or it's nearly done just keep it together and put it down to a bad experience and ask them when it's due to be sorted.
