My L322 gave this message when the compressor was u/s, it seems to get triggered if the compressor runs for a long time to maintain / build up pressure. Try drilling out the filter as described elsewhere on here. BMW i3 Electric Car

Compressor is repairable on later cars, there are filter kits and seal kits to replace worn parts usually around £60 just search the internet

I bought a repair kit for mine, went to fit it and found the conrod had snapped and the conrod/piston were in about 6 pieces. Ended up replacing the whole unit. Easily done (4 bolts holding it down, couple of connectors) |
