Off work for a while as I work as a paramedic so can't be going back 75% fit. Few scary moments in hospital but on the whole recovering fairly well thanks mate. |

Checked for oil leak on the back of the oil cooler. Looks like it has already been repaired as there was no fresh oil around at all + there was evidence of a historic oil leak but no one cleaned up. So thick gunky stiff around the seals of the Pollen filter where it meets the car intakes. so it looks like this was where the smell came from. (It was very faint and only after a long drive).
