Sprained my ankle hiking, meaning I can't ride my Mountain Bike in the forest so... thought I'd go "ride" the trails in the fatty instead!

Took mine for an MOT this morning, unfortunately it failed on emissions, that surprised me I must admit.

Cleaned it today, snowfoam etc. Then did the ceramic coating, hoping it will now be easier to clean and stay cleaner for longer.

I can confirm that the car is easier to clean after the Ceramic coating... last week... pressure-wash the large lumps of mud... snow foam... rinse and dry... and it shines... the longest part was the drying it using the Microfibre clothes... SDV8 AB MY 2020

Well I picked mine up from the garage. Done the passenger side step but I couldn't do the driver side step. Garage called me up n said they can do it but they would have to weld it to the existing brackets where the old one was cut off. I've managed to stand on the side step n it holds me n I weigh 24 stone so holds a good 155kg with no trouble |

Finally fitted the front drop links that I bought in September. What a difference, no rumbles or rattles at all., drives like a Range Rover should.

Fitted new battery. Went with Varta l1 (020) which was the same as the one I was replacing. Did have to "modify" it slightly. John

Took it for a quick spin having changed the gearbox oil and Mechatronic sleeve, nerve wrecking to get the sleeve out and back in again, not quite 5 l oil out, 5.8 l back in, changing gears beautifully and no leaks (so far), will try and get some more oil in when it's cooled down. |
