Looks like the upper tailgate has dropped, it's not aligned anymore to the tail lights. Try to raise it up while pressing the button... There is an alignment procedure described below, after you manage to open it...

On that video, a quad tailpipe system for a 3.0 oil burner's a bit on the sad side, for me. That is my Friday moan out of the way!

The upper part has definitely dropped, it's visible mostly in your photo of the right side... Probably misaligned too, as it's lower than in the left side... Here's a photo of my tailgate, about which another forum member commented that it's a little too low too... The rubber seal is less visible than the screen capture from your movie. By the way, does your soft close work? Sorry for the dirt, the weather is miserable here...

I took mine in recently to have the rear tailgate aligned as is was out at the left hand side similar to your pictures. Mine was sorted under warranty, however on the receipt I noticed they had fitted two new hinges. Might be worth investigating is there some technical bulletin on the subject which relates to the problem. Range Rover Sport 2023 D350 Autobiography
