Our new to us 2014 4.4 sdv8 L405 had a slight vibration during gear changes. Believing it could be old oil, we had the gearbox oil and filter replaced by a local specialist which seems to have made the vibration worse. It doesn't seem to be speed or rpm dependent, just whenever it changes gear. The gear changes are smooth. The car has covered 77000 miles. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your reply. I looked at this option but it seems to happen at all speeds and also when not turning. Is it still likely to be the transfer box rather than the torque converter?

Apparently mine had both changed needlessly and all that was needed was Knowledge. A calibration is available but main dealer I think.
