Could be lots of things relating to the suspension or steering. Track-rod arms and bushes would be my next port of call if you are happy to have discounted the discs/pads from being the culprit.

Gave the Twingo a wash this morning and had a good look round again just to see if I missed anything and I noticed that the Renault dealer have put the wrong size tyre on, so I now have one at 185/60/R15 and a correct tyre at 165/65/R15

I would have thought that if you can feel the vibration through the floor and not the steering wheel then your problem may be coming from the rear and not the front 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone
