I used a multimeter on the one under the bonnet and it read less than 12v and the car wouldn't start of course. I simply swapped it for a new one and all was fine. It is a Lucas 020 but I would not recommend it as the battery is much longer than the other and hardly fitted, 390mm versus 370mm approx. |

Got into mine this morning, first time in a few weeks only to find it wouldn't start. Dash lit up fine, lights working just a click when the button was pressed. Will try to check the battery when I get home (thankfully have a second car) as I suspect it's probably down on voltage having been stood for a while. Hoping it's not starter motor |

Was informed by a gentleman wearing a Garda ( police ) uniform that apparently the laws of the roads regarding speeding do indeed apply to range rover drivers !!!!! Who knew ??? 2015 4.4 AB

Got home, took about an hour and a half to fully charge the battery and the car started first time. Guess I need to use it a bit more than I am currently |

Passed MOT . Bit of a cloud on the horizon though , Advisory on rear sub-frame showing signs of corrosion but not yet perforated. I saw the video that was taken and it looks pretty awful. I guess I'll have to get the wire brush out. Any recommendations on coating to use? Previous cars:

Wiper blade on front now noisy . Checked and discovered the blade was disintegrating. Of course the pathetic plastic clip broke when i pushed it in the direction of unlock so as to fit a new blade. Starting to get a bit pee'd off with this vehicle at the moment as the more care you lavish on it , the more it breaks for fun. |

MOT passed with an odd Monitor and Repair if necessary warning ... shock absorbers light misting of oil rear O/S and N/S. Was driving back when the penny dropped. Changed the two rear stabilser bars last week and had coat everything in that area with gallons of WD40 in an effort to get the Bl@@dy bolts out. ! |

I played taxi for the children, dropping them off, soon picking one up. In between, I also drove to a Post Office branch office to return a product I bought of Amazon. |

Went to visit a client and on the way there I collected some documents from the printers, just as well I knew then because I left my wallet at home, then I took Henry (my co pilot the Weimaraner) for a walk before the meeting then home. Current cars
