I stick by my earlier advice
The factory lack is but good enough to lift the car off the ground on a level surface - particularly if you're not removing a wheel. |

I've gone for this kit - jack goes up to 520mm so should be plenty and over specced 6 tonne (each) axle stands

I also ditch the locking wheel nuts for standard ones. They will round and fail. I only just got one of mine off - it was well chewed up

Sorry just got round to measuring the pad - it's 135mm diameter. Regarding the SGS Kit - I haven't used it yet but having just taken it all out of the box it all looks to be very heavy duty kit. The trolley jack is an absolute monster. First purchase from them and so far I'm impressed. I think I'll get hold of a Disco bottle jack for suspension lifts/wheel changes however I'm happier with the trolley jack for high lifting than a tall bottle jack. I've also got the 22mm and 23mm sockets - that's good advice. |
